| This petition against the construction of Belo Monte Dam should prevail over a matter of human rights. The indigenous peoples of Xingu should be allowed to stay and not be removed by coercion in the form of policy. I am therefore in compliance to the protection of the homeland of Chief Raoni and the peoples of Xingu. |

| The building of the Belo Monte damn is a criminal and horrific act, against the people, creatures and the Earth herself. Please do what you can to not only have this project halted, but permanently banned. The Brazilian government is not doing the job it is meant to - to govern. That means to help guide their people, the land and all the indigenous creatures who reside there. |
