Please stop this rape of the earth in the name of greed and profit! This is totally unacceptable in the rest of the world!

je vous soutiens de tout mon coeur!
Message de Steve, Australie - 16/06/2012
I fully support Chief Raoni and all the indigenous peoples of Xingu and demand the permanent abandonment of the proposed Belo Monte hydroelectric dam project now! This is the deliberate destruction of life and culture and it is extremely disturbing.
Message de Tom, Belgique - 16/06/2012
Go Chief!!! I will think about your ecologic mission the next time I pray.
Message de noelle, France - 16/06/2012
Malheureusement je ne peux personnellement rien faire, mais j'espère que ma voix se mêlera à des millions d'autres et fera reculer ce projet incensé.
courage!

Stop the destruction!
Message de Linda, Etats Unis (USA) - 16/06/2012
You have something unimaginably beautiful that cannot be replaced. Consider the situation in places where the wilderness and wildlife have been destroyed in the name of progress. Ypur country should hold on to this jewel forest and waterways.
Message de Adam, Royaume-Uni - 16/06/2012

Arrètez de détruire la terre et ses occupants
Message de Lisa, Canada - 16/06/2012
I pray that as a united front that this project gets abolished. We need to save what is left of Mother Earth and let her heal from the wounds that the ignorant and greedy have caused upon her. I'm spreading this news for everyone in my part of the world to see and I hope they make a conscious decision on their part to help this cause. Much love & peace be with you all in these trying times.
Message de Linda, Etats Unis (USA) - 16/06/2012
Its time for all the madness to stop, and to show some respect for Mother Earth. Blessings to Chief Raoni.

Message de Carolyn, Royaume-Uni - 16/06/2012
This is madness!!! You can harness the energy of this water without flooding lands that need it. Why do you have to 'progress' at a cost to other people?? You have to work with nature to preserve it, not desimate it!!!
Thank you for fighting so hard Chief Raoni, I ask you to keep fighting for the world, and hopefully the world will fight for you. I will pass on your message to as many as I can.
Message de Kimberly, Etats Unis (USA) - 16/06/2012
This is not one persons land...this land belongs to all.....why are you doing this?money will never buy what you are looking for...ever......please stop....

I believe you can rise above in imagination and technique to get what it is you need.

Reconsider.
This affects the entire world.
Message de Melissa, Allemagne - 16/06/2012
The Belo Monte dam is an act of genocide and ecocide. With the threat of climate change worsening everyday, it cannot be that politicians will sit by and allow "quarterly profits" to motivate this act of violence, which will forcibly displace 25,000 people from their ancestral homeland in the short term, and hasten the extinction of mankind in the long run. SAVE THE AMAZON RAINFOREST and the remaining indigenous peoples of Earth who still have some idea how to live in harmony with nature rather than destroying it and themselves in the process.
