Message de Minna, Etats Unis (USA) - 13/02/2012
Please abandon this project. We are called to love our neighbors. This project does not display love for one another but abuse of power! Disgusting!
Message de Gina, Etats Unis (USA) - 13/02/2012
THE WORLD IS WATCHING

Message de Kim, Nouvelle-Zélande - 13/02/2012
Kia Ora,
I support the rights of the Native, Indigenous people, to live as they have for thousands of years, uninterupted by greedy Western corporations, to take over and destroy land that does not belong to them!
Nga mihi nunui ki a koutou!
Mauriora!
Kim Eruera
Message de Niels, Suède - 12/02/2012
With availability of so many other clean power sources including wind and solar, please do not forever destroy this paradise on earth just because it is the easiest thing to do!

Even building a nuclear powerplant seems better than this proposed destruction of nature.
Message de Andrea, Nouvelle-Zélande - 12/02/2012
I completely support your petition against building this dam.
Message de myriam, France - 12/02/2012

Message de olga, France - 12/02/2012
Lutte et révolte nécessaire pour un meilleur pour chacun des êtres de notre terre.
Message de Grytsje, Pays-Bas - 12/02/2012
Politicians and responsible others (Like the worldbank!) - this is an opportunity to choose for life, for your invaluable and beautiful rainforest and it's invaluable inhabitants. Please read the reports well - they will show you that this dam will NOT provide the energy you expected. Please realise that your choices affect the whole world. Please make sure the people, plants and animals in the Amazon will be safe, and abandon projects like these permanently! I will thank you a thousand times!

There are many different ways of making re-newable energy, without displacing unholy amounts of people. You should have pride that your country even has natives with such pride in their tradition, look at america, and the rest of the world. you how a chance to make a significant change for good, please do it.

The people of the amazon are among the last indigenous tribes on earth, it is your duty as the president of Brazil to protect them, not to displace them or kill them in the name of "progress". I abhore your decision to put in this dam on the Xingu. It would be a tragedy on a scale that the world has only seen a few times. PLEASE STOP THE BELO MONTE DAM!
Message de betania, Brésil - 12/02/2012
A construção de Belo Monte é o maior crime ambiental Hediondo do planeta.
Message de bella, Etats Unis (USA) - 12/02/2012
please do not take these people's land, you are going to ruin a pure and beautiful tribe.
Message de Robert, Etats Unis (USA) - 12/02/2012
The proposed dam project, if allowed to move forward, would result in tragic consequences for a human culture, an ecological zone, and the consciences of those involved in seeing it through. When will we learn that "progress at any cost" is a failed and unjust project?
Message de Tineke, Pays-Bas - 12/02/2012

Message de Debby, Pays-Bas - 12/02/2012

"La Terre peut suffire aux besoins de tous, mais pas aux caprices de chacun." GANDHI
Message de Cindy, Etats Unis (USA) - 12/02/2012
We should be ashamed that here it is 2012 & indigenous peoples are still being displaced for what others want to take from them. No one can know what kind of an impact this destruction will have -- what yet unknown hidden miracles may be waiting to be found -- what species may face extinction or yet unseen & then there's the rain forest--how much more can mankind destroy before there is no hope of recovery?
Message de Virginie, France - 12/02/2012
projet totalement insensé
Message de Daniele, Etats Unis (USA) - 12/02/2012

DON'T KILL THE AMAZON!!!
Message de Amy, Etats Unis (USA) - 12/02/2012
Have we not learned from history? Have we not learned from our mistakes? Do they not have just as much right to live their life as anyone else? May they live in peace. May you learn somthing from error or your ways.
